Cawdor Tavern is privileged to have access to ales from our sister company – Sinclair Breweries - which incorporates Orkney and Atlas Ales. Orcadian born, Norman has a passion for all the excellent products which emanate from the northern isles. The Orkney Brewery produces multi-award winning ales which are sold world wide and all produced on the site which was the original Quoyloo Academy where his father went to school!
